We are pleased to release the following list of enhancements that have been added to our gift & loyalty card programs for the pos terminals noted at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us to get additional details.

Summary of Enhancements

(1) Loyalty Card Receipt Text Change where merchants use “Points” or “Visits”

  • If a program is based on accumulation of points or visits, the terminal will then display the correct verbiage in the menu option such as "Add Points" rather than "Purchase". The terminal will display the points without a dollar sign (and optionally without decimal places) on the receipts.

(2) Gift Card “Balance Adjustment”

  • Password protected
  • Add or subtract value without running a “sale” or “store credit”
  • Separate terminal receipt and reporting

(3) Loyalty Card “Balance Decrement”

  • Password protected
  • Subtract value (points, dollars, visits) without running a “sale” or “store credit”
  • The solution if a mistake was made by a store associate
  • Separate terminal receipt and reporting

(4) Gift / Loyalty Card “Range Activation”

  • Password protected
  • Activation from 2 to100 (in sequence) cards having the same value
  • Quickly create a series of pre-activated cards for promotional use
  • Receipts show beginning and ending card account numbers (Example 1)

(5) Gift Card “Cash Back”

  • Password protected
  • Separate terminal receipt and reporting for “cash back” feature
  • Legislated in certain states when cash balances fall below a specified amount
  • Receipts clearly display the balance attributable to “cash” when a card is sold versus that of a “store credit” given during a refund or promotion.
